I was proud to once again join our Palestinian brothers and sisters, and allies, for another March to the United Nations (UN) calling for the arrest of the mass-murdering war criminal, and Genocidist, Benjamin Netanyahu. Although Netanyahu, like fellow psychopath Donald Trump, is only a symptom, and not the disease, it would still be a big win to see him arrested, and held accountable for his unspeakable crimes.

I heard Dr. Fady Joudah say recently that it is important to tell stories without reducing people to their suffering. I am not sure how to do that when it comes to the US-Israeli Genocide in Gaza, but thanks to the work of Professor Stephanie Wahab, and her colleagues, I was reminded of the importance of seeing our Palestinian brothers and sisters, not as victims, but as freedom fighters. As per Ms. Wahab, and the Palestinian Feminist Collective (PFC), “We don’t see Palestinians, and our people, as victims of colonial design, but rather, we see them as Freedom Fighters. As people who are confronting an illegal occupation, and who are fighting for liberation with every breath, even a dying breath.” Ms. Wahab co-authored a powerful report called Israel’s Systematic Sexualized & Gendered Violence on Palestinians.

“The Israeli state’s practices of sexualized violence presented in this report constitute a historical pattern, derived and coordinated through settler and settlement structures, state institutions, their policies, laws, officials and forces, all with the majority support of the general public. An example, the training of dogs to rape Palestinians is an essential indicator of Israel’s opperationalized intent to dominate and destroy Palestinian life, and the Palestinian right and will to resist…The report shows that this violence is not incidental. It is a systemic and historical mechanism of settler-colonial rule.” – A Predatory State, PFC

According to the Electronic Intifada, “As of 31 August, 1,320 people have been killed in Gaza since the October 2025 ceasefire and another 4,385 injuries were recorded. More than 800 bodies were recovered, according to the Gaza Government Media Office.
At least 300 children had been reported killed in Gaza since the October 2025 ceasefire, according to the UN children’s fund UNICEF. “This amounts to an average of one child every day, despite an agreement for the suspension of military operations and the full entry of humanitarian aid and relief almost 10 months ago,” the UN agency said. “Across the Strip, children continue to face acute malnutrition, disease, unsafe water and damaged sanitation systems.”

Benjamin Netanyahu, a Polish Jew whose real name is Benjamin Mileikowsky, is a soulless, moral monster, who MUST be held accountable for Israel’s countless mass-murder campaigns, and the US-Israeli Genocide in Gaza (for starters). Netanyahu/Mileikowsky graduated from a US high school outside of Philadelphia, PA in 1967, and changed his name for political reasons (to hide his Polish origins). Don’t let the tough guy act/stare fool you. Mileikowsky/Netanyahu is nothing more than a psychopathic coward, who continues to bring the world closer to nuclear annihilation (Israel possesses 300-400 nuclear warheads, and has reduced most US politicians to subordinate status, via blackmail, intimidation, pay-offs, and other means of persuasion/coercion). Unfortunately, removing Netanyahu from the equation will not solve our problems as again, he is only a symptom, and not the disease. Let’s not forget too that indicted war criminal, Benjamin Netanyahu, recently nominated fellow mass-murderer, Donald Trump, for the Nobel Peace Prize. Perhaps Human Rights attorney, Craig Mokhiber, summed it up best: “Adolph Hitler has nominated Benito Mussolini for the Nobel Peace Prize. Because nothing says peace like serial aggression and complicity in genocide.”

Lifetime criminal Donald Trump is deranged, and has an any publicity is good publicity mentality. If he destroyed the world, he would be proud in his twisted, ghoulish, narcissistic logic. Trump must be impeached ASAP. Unfortunately, the democrats present no opposition, and express only unconditional fealty to Israel, while also being as responsible as Trump for the US wars of aggression, genocide, and countless other crimes, both at home and overseas.

Trump and Netanyahu both spoke at the UN last week, and were equally vulgar and offensive.

According to the British Medical Journal, “Thirty US psychiatrists and other doctors specialising in mental health have signed a statement declaring President Donald Trump mentally unfit to serve, warning that his ability to launch nuclear weapons is a “danger” to the world. The signatories say that Trump’s behaviour over the past year has shown “objectively observable signs of serious medical concern.” They cited examples of his “marked deterioration in cognitive functioning,” “episodes of apparent somnolence during critical public proceedings,” “severely impaired judgment and impulse control,” and “significant loss of self-control,” as well as “grandiose and delusional beliefs, including assertions of infallibility, imagery of himself as Pope suggestive of a divine mission.” The doctors called for Trump’s immediate removal from office, arguing that he presents a “clear and present danger” to the whole world. “It is our expert opinion that Donald Trump is mentally unfit to be the president of the United States.”

Francesca Albanese: “At the time this book is being translated, the Gaza genocide is a part of our history: a blemish on humanity for which our grandchildren will hold us to account. This is said and done; now the task at hand is to stop the genocide and find a way forward….As a UN lawyer in occupied Jerusalem, often traveling across Gaza, the West Bank, and the neighboring countries where millions of Palestinian refugees still lived, I wrestled daily with the dissonance between the principles of international law — equality, justice, dignity — and the realities of power politics. Nowhere was this gap more visible than in Palestine, where the international community’s inaction made a mockery of the law it claimed to uphold. This contradiction ultimately led me to leave the United Nations, first to pursue other job opportunities and then independent research…Two of the fundamental principles of the Charter of the United Nations are respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples [Article 1(2)] and the prohibition of the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state [Article 2(4)]. Accordingly, the International Court of Justice has repeatedly reiterated that an occupying power must guarantee the fundamental rights of the occupied population and cannot impede the realization of the right to self-determination. In Palestine, however, fundamental rights are not guaranteed, and the Palestinians are denied their right to self-determination…To cover up its violations of international law, Israel has used terms such as “disputed” instead of “occupied” territory, of a “hostile” instead of an “occupied” population. The international community has also often preferred to cling to such terms rather than decisively address the unacceptable reality of permanent occupation and its consequences. Meanwhile, in the shadow of this debate about terminology rather than actions, Israel has continued systematically to bulldoze not only the territories but also international law, distorting the very essence of law and justice. The illegality of this conduct is irremediable, because it touches one of the cornerstones of the international order, that it is the rule of law that must govern relations between states, not the arbitrary will of the strongest….In May 2022, when I became the UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, I had already been on the receiving end of an indecorous number of insults and the target of several reports issued by an organization called UN Watch. In theory, UN Watch is an organism established to monitor compliance with the principles of the Charter of the United Nations, which promotes human rights on the part of governments within the system of the United Nations. In practice, however, it is purely and simply an instrument of Israeli propaganda inside the UN, an agency as charlatan in spirit and understanding of human rights as it is zealous in defaming anyone who dares to criticize the State of Israel…I do not receive pressures from within the United Nations in the sense from the organization. No, I don’t receive much support beyond the Secretariat support that which the Commissioner for Human Rights provides. My greatest support circle is the special rapporteurs family—independent experts. They are amazing. They are the ones who have really stood up for me all the time. Other than that, I feel the solidarity of individuals, U.N. officials, especially the younger generation—not the high-ranking ones.”

Here are excerpts from a Letter written by UN experts, including Francesca Albanese, that urges the UN General Assembly to Act/Respond to the Famine & Genocide in Gaza: “Silence and inaction are not an option in the face of mass atrocities…At this critical moment, the world needs the General Assembly — the highest body of the United Nations — to take decisive leadership and act to prevent further catastrophe…The horrors of death by starvation will intensify if Israel is not stopped. Already, half a million people in Gaza are starving. Have State authorities become so numb to these numbers — so desensitised, once again, to the systematic breaches of our collective moral and legal obligations?…The famine in Gaza, deliberately engineered and perpetuated by Israel – and enabled by private and security actors – is an affront to humanity…A State responsible for creating genocidal conditions aimed at destroying Palestinians in Gaza as a group by also starving them cannot and shall not be entrusted to control access, distribution, or supervision of humanitarian aid (They recalled that under international humanitarian law, occupying powers have binding obligations to guarantee the survival of the population under their control). This is precisely what Israel is not doing. The deliberate obstruction of food, water, medicine, shelter and other relief – compounded by deadly attacks on civilians, including women and children, gathering at aid distribution points, and repeated forced displacement – has transformed hunger into a weapon of war…Israel must be held accountable and not be given further excuses to escape accountability…The situation in Gaza is intolerable and unconscionable, The General Assembly must uphold the duty of the United Nations to respect international humanitarian law and protect civilians, end the violence, and guarantee that life-saving assistance reaches the people of Gaza without obstruction or delay. Anything less makes the international community complicit in these grave violations.”

Norman Finkelstein: “I would say the two most important developments are first of all the UN Security Council resolution 2803 of November 17th 2025, and that resolution, hard as it is to believe, shocking as it is to believe, gave the deed for Gaza to a retarded ape in the White House. President Trump owns Gaza. They gave it to him. It was a shocking development. It was the most, I would say, shocking breach of international law as defined over 80 years since 1947, the UN General Assembly Resolution 181, partitioning Palestine. Now, here’s the kicker. As defined by the UN, the law, the law is very extensive. It’s over 80 years. And the UN bodies be it the General Assembly, the Security Council, the International Court of Justice, they have all weighed in over an 80 year period to define the parameters, the terms for apprehending the Israel Palestine conflict. UN resolution 2803, believe it or not, abolished all of it. It was all whited out…The ICJ opinion in 2024 concluded the occupation in whole, in toto (total), is illegal under international law. And it didn’t say we have to negotiate the borders. It didn’t say we have to negotiate how many settlers can stay. It didn’t say we have to negotiate the division of East Jerusalem. It said you have to leave as rapidly as possible. We, the highest judicial body in the world. We have determined that you have one right. Israel has one right. Do you know what it’s one right is? It has the right to pack up and leave…At the end of the (my) book, I concluded after UN Resolution 2803, giving that retarded ape in the White House the deed over Gaza, I said the UN is now a rotting corpse.”

The United States has refused to provide visas for a second year running to the Palestinian delegation…Antonio Guterres (UN Secretary-General) hasn’t done anything creative to end the genocide in Gaza is revealing…when the United States started a war of aggression against Iran, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres could have flown into Tehran, Could have actually spent the next several months in Tehran, declared that this building and this building as a UN headquarters from Tehran and run operations from there. But he didn’t do that. He hasn’t gone in a sense to any of these places to challenge US President Donald Trump. Instead, he’s opened a free lane for Mr. Trump to come to the UN General Assembly. It’s extraordinary that the entire chamber didn’t follow the Cubans out when the Cubans decided to walk out of the chamber in protest at the language used by Mr. Trump against Cuba. I mean, why didn’t other countries walk out when he spoke the way he spoke about Iran? That’s incredible. I don’t see why the UN hasn’t been creative [music] in walking away from this kind of behavior. This needs to be met with resolute decision making. They should have said, “Okay, this year’s meeting’s no longer in New York. It’s going to be in Geneva. New York doesn’t deserve it anymore.”

He had to address the General Assembly via video link because he was banned from attending. Whilst Netanyahu, for whom multiple arrest warrants are extant, was given a red carpet welcome when he arrived in the United States and was given free access to the podium. Although he’s not the president of Israel, he is the prime minister. And when he got up there, the first thing he did was threaten everybody present by brandishing the beeper, as he called it, the pager with which they murdered and maimed hundreds of people in the Lebanon just a couple of years ago, including children, including school teachers, including hospital workers, supermarket workers and supermarket shoppers. You’d think that by brandishing a terrorist weapon, you’d be breaching some kind of rule in the United Nations, but not so. After all, Israel has murdered multiple United Nations staff, has destroyed multiple United Nations installations, clinics, refugee feeding programs, schools belonging to the United Nations. Murdered, destroyed, but you’re still welcome, Mr. Netanyahu, to threaten us with one ballistic missile. He said, this entire building could be taken out with two ballistic missiles. He said, this entire compound on the river in New York could be completely destroyed. Was that a threat or was it a promise?”

Noura Erakat: “While the Board of Peace (Trump’s Gaza Plan) is not led by the very same market fundamentalists plotting exit models elsewhere, the project is ideologically consistent with the likes of Próspera and Praxis—an affinity that the plans to turn Gaza into a “special economic zone” make clear. Like the other models of exit, the Board seeks to supplant national self-determination with corporate governance and to create an exceptional legal regime beyond the reach of international law and human rights norms. Yet unlike Brown’s Greenland or Srinivasan’s network states, the Board’s plan is being rolled out with the imprimatur (official approval) of the United Nations on land stolen through outright destruction and genocide…Moreover, the Board has the potential to compete with the United Nations as the dominant institution of global order. For now, such a possibility is merely conjectural….The threat posed by an entrenched network of political and economic elites taking over Gaza is overwhelming. Yet a significant front of resistance can be found in Palestine itself. Salvaging the potential of a revived global order must be achieved through boldly rejecting claims to exception and insisting on accountability for genocide. If designs for the Board of Peace are predicated on the normalization of genocide, then insisting on calling genocide by its name and enshrining it among the greatest atrocities of the twenty-first century is imperative. So too is the pursuit of accountability for the weapons manufacturers, the media conglomerates, the complicit governments, and the war criminals, which all stand to enrich themselves through the crimes they have committed. There can be no exception for anyone, and no exit from international order and human rights norms, lest we jeopardize our collective futures. Israel’s mode of supremacist survivalism, predicated on the denial of Palestinian humanity and the presumed superiority of Jewish life, remains the most pressing front in this struggle. If the final blow to a fallible global order was dealt in Palestine, then any attempt at its restoration must begin there as well.”

And it speaks to the absurdity of having the United Nations in New York and looking at this entire theater and seeing how dominated it is by the United States. Now that they’re going to try to prevent them from getting out, shows that the United Nations as an institution is a farce and must be relocated and de-Americanized in order to truly represent an international order or international law.”

Instead of arresting Netanyahu, and calling out Trump, the United Nations decided to give the two mass-murdering child killers a platform to speak.
According to a new Economist/YouGov poll⁠, Americans support Netanyahu’s arrest and extradition to the International Criminal Court (ICC) by a 22-point margin. Nearly half of Americans believe that the US should have arrested the War Criminal Netanyahu if he entered the country. The survey found that 49 per cent support arresting Netanyahu on the basis of the warrant issued by the ICC (27 per cent opposed his arrest, and 23 percent were unsure, which demonstrates the power of US corporate media lies and propaganda). The United States could have seized Netanyahu for crimes under US law, and prosecuted him in US courts when he was in New York City last week.

Thankfully, courageous truth tellers abound, like Francesca Albanese, who continues to expose US-Israeli crimes, and the many “Merchants of Death” (corporations & institutions) profiting from the Gaza Genocide (including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and MIT). Ms. Albanese has received death threats, while also having her family’s personal property seized, and her bank accounts & credit cards frozen due to US sanctions. The UN Special Rapporteur for Occupied Palestine has said that she is not a victim, and that she is only doing her duty, and exposing the truth, like many others. Ms. Albanese reminds us that our focus needs to stay on the Freedom Fighters of Palestine, and the genocidal insanity of both Israel and the United States.

The Bottom Line: Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and Benjamin Netanyahu are the Hitlers of our time. Shame on the United Nations for violating international law, and not standing up to the hegemonic US Empire, and the ever expanding, nuclear armed “Greater Israel Project”. By endorsing the “Trump Gaza Plan”, and not demanding the immediate arrest of War Criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, the United Nations has lost nearly all credibility. And to make matters worse, many “regime” collaborators within the United Nations are now doubling down on evil (see UN Watch), and working hard to normalize Israeli Apartheid, US Wars of Aggression (see US attacks on Iran/Massacre in Minab), and the US-Israeli Genocide in Gaza. Backed by the United States (and the largest military in human history), Israel, a nation of child killers that has no moral code, now threatens our very existence. When will it end? How many more Palestinian children will be targeted, arrested, raped and murdered by Israeli soldiers/officials before the United Nations will act? What, 380,000+ kids isn’t enough? Israel is a genocidal state, and society, that gets off on killing, and then laughs, and boasts about it. How many more brave Palestinian journalists will be slaughtered? How about artists, writers, teachers, doctors, rescue workers, scientists, Moms, Dads, and entire families? Did you know that Palestinian literacy rates exceeded 97.7% prior to Oct. 7, 2023 (compared to just 79% for US Americans)? The US-Israeli axis, and Western powers, are genociding our brothers, sisters, and children in Palestine. And they are doing it live streamed, with impunity.

If you believe like I do, that all children are our children, then we must act. The United Nations is a great idea, but in the context of international peace, justice, and accountability, apart from the many honorable members of the UN, and the life saving work of UNRWA, that’s all that the United Nations seems to be at the moment, just a f*cking idea.
